Medicine Hat Meat Traders is one of the small businesses in southern Alberta that we have had the opportunity to work with and help them achieve their business goals. When it was time for them to expand their operation in 2020, they relied on our team to help them keep up with the demand for their soft beef jerky and Caesar sticks.
Warranty Information
All of our refrigeration equipment comes with a 2 year parts and labour warranty, ensuring you’re protected from any issues after installation for the first year. However, if equipment is not being properly maintained, this warranty could be void from the manufacturer. We offer a Preventative Maintenance Program to assist with this to ensure you get the most out of your equipment.
Certain compressor units also include up to 5 years of warrant protection, but this will vary from product to product. Connect with our team to explore your options.
